Hanna is entering her final year at Vanderbilt University, where she studies Political Science. She likes to dip her toe in every pond possible and has taken classes in almost every department within the College of Arts and Science, which is how she decided to add a minor in Environmental and Sustainability Studies. She carries her knack for variety outside of the classroom and brings experience from interning in a state government office, on a political campaign, and at a nonprofit law firm. Hanna is enjoying applying her writing and organization skills as a Communications Assistant for clients at ROKK this summer.
WHY HANNA BELONGS IN THE ROOM
She understands the importance of effective communication.
Through her experiences working in a government office and on a political campaign, Hanna has honed her ability to frame messages to appeal to multiple audiences without sacrificing the truth of the matter. She worked directly with constituents and understands how to make messaging accessible.
She is not afraid to step outside of her comfort zone.
From being the only underclassman in many of her upper level classes during her first year of college, to moving to Paris for a semester, Hanna enjoys challenging herself. She is always ready to tackle something new and will always be ready with questions to make sure she is on the right track.
GOOD TO KNOW
Dogs, she is allergic to cats and is partial to her own dog Koda.
The Nanny is her all-time favorite feel-good show.
Hanna took a jewelry making class while living in Paris last semester. She now knows her way around a blow torch and a scroll saw.
