Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, Tanika was only 5 when she left for boarding school in India. She moved to the United States after graduating high school. Her experience living and working in three different countries has given her a uniquely global perspective on her work at ROKK.
As an Account Director, Tanika focuses on social impact communications and leverages data analytics to inform communications strategy. She brings relevant experience from both the private and non-profit sectors to her role.

She’s a strategizer.
Tanika loves building plans from the ground up and uses both qualitative and quantitative data to do so. She is especially adept at building social responsibility goals within corporate affairs strategy.
She’s passionate about social impact.
When Tanika was in college, her home country of Nepal was hit by devastating earthquakes. Tanika spearheaded a fundraising initiative that quickly raised $10,000 for earthquake relief.
Writing is in her DNA.
Tanika inherited her love of writing from her great-grandfather, who was a poet. One of her majors in college was Creative Writing and she also has a master’s degree in Communications, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University.
