Yael is an adept aggregator of information. By monitoring the news cycle, trends and zeitgeist, she offers solid counsel on how to best capitalize on what is going on in the world. She develops relationships with reporters who matter to her clients and has secured key coverage in the Washington Post, Defense News, The New York Times and Axios.

Yael most recently played a key role in developing thought leadership, strategic counsel and stakeholder engagement at Hill and Knowlton where she gained hands-on experience providing on-the-ground support for defense and technology clients at major industry conferences.

She also served as a senior research analyst for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), a bipartisan organization advocating for the U.S.-Israel relationship. In AIPAC’s Policy & Government Affairs Department, she authored regular analysis publications and tracked developments affecting U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East while developing relationships with key stakeholders across Beltway media outlets, policymakers and legislators. Yael also worked on a congressional campaign and at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, a D.C.-based think tank.

Yael earned her bachelor’s degree from American University’s School of International Service, specializing in foreign policy and national security in the Middle East and a minor in Israel Studies.
