ROKK Solutions Expands Senior Public Affairs Team with Addition of Erica Stanley
Veteran communications strategist brings more than 25 years of experience navigating complex political, regulatory and reputational challenges
WASHINGTON, D.C. — ROKK Solutions, the award-winning bipartisan public affairs and strategic communications firm, today announced that Erica Stanley has joined the firm as Vice President, bringing more than 25 years of experience advising companies, associations and organizations on high-stakes communications and public affairs challenges.
Stanley will help ROKK clients navigate complex policy and regulatory environments, influence key audiences and develop integrated campaigns that drive results. Her experience spans political campaigns, government, leading communications agencies and independent consulting, with a focus on translating complex issues into compelling narratives that resonate with policymakers, business leaders and the public.

Prior to joining ROKK, Stanley served as principal of Stanley Strategic Communications, advising clients across health care, education, financial services and other industries. She previously held senior communications roles at The Glover Park Group (now FGS Global) and Bully Pulpit International. Earlier in her career, she served as Deputy Communications Director for Washington, D.C., Mayor Adrian Fenty, managing rapid response and crisis communications in a high-pressure political environment.
