Varuna is a journalist turned communications strategist with over 15 years of experience in cable news and government. Her passion for news started in high school, where she had to pick a career to be the subject of a research paper. She chose journalism and never looked back.
From developing communications strategy to planning and executing media relations, creating digital and social media content, conducting media/crisis training and more, Varuna works with our clients in multiple capacities to help them achieve their objectives.

Varuna started her career at Fox News, where she spent over a decade as an assignment editor, coordinating live news coverage for multiple major news stories and covered multiple breaking news stories. Ask her about covering the 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks.

Varuna’s journalism experience makes her particularly effective at storytelling, media relations and media training, which she’s done for multiple federal agencies.
