Paola is a seasoned finance and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations understand their financial performance and turn that information into better business decisions. She brings a practical approach to finance, connecting revenue, profitability, forecasting and operations to provide leadership with a clear picture of where the business stands and where it is headed.
As Finance Director, Paola works across the organization to provide financial insight, strengthen processes and help teams better understand the story behind the numbers. She believes finance should be a business partner—not simply a reporting function—and enjoys making financial information accessible and useful to people at every level of an organization.
Before joining ROKK Solutions, Paola spent more than two decades at Burson, where she most recently served as Vice President of Finance for the firm’s Energy practice. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about solving problems, improving the way organizations operate and helping colleagues make thoughtful, informed decisions that support long-term growth.
