Linoshka Luna is a seasoned communications leader with Capitol Hill and campaign experience. She navigates complex messaging landscapes and crafts strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. From media relations to message development, her track record includes working at the highest levels of congressional leadership, managing regional and national press and executing targeted campaigns. She combines her knowledge of the legislative process with her ability to juggle multiple perspectives and find the sweet spot, delivering results-driven solutions for clients.
Prior to joining ROKK Solutions, Linoshka served as deputy communications director for the House Republican Conference, where she directed messaging and managed national press for the No.4 ranking member of the U.S.House Republican leadership. Before that, she spent six years driving communications for Puerto Rico’s member of Congress and later her successful gubernatorial campaign.
