WHY LAYLAH BELONGS IN THE ROOM
She sees the full picture.
Laylah approaches projects and challenges by considering the people, perspectives and potential outcomes involved. She looks beyond the most obvious answer and asks thoughtful questions to help teams develop strategies that are both effective and inclusive.
She understands that culture shapes and moves the message.
Laylah sees how policy and politics extend far beyond government buildings and news cycles. They show up in music, entertainment, social media and emerging technology. She follows these intersections closely, recognizing that culture is a powerful force in determining which issues gain attention and which messages break through.
She makes the work work better.
Laylah enjoys creating systems that help teams communicate clearly, collaborate efficiently and stay organized. Whether that is streamlining processes or identifying a better way to share information, she is always thinking about how the work can become more intentional and effective.
