Research Assistant
Evan is a Research Assistant on the Data & Insights team, where he helps clients better understand their audiences, issues and strategic landscape. He brings a strong foundation in both quantitative and qualitative methods, with experience in custom research and public opinion analysis that informs strategic messaging and policy trends.
Prior to joining ROKK Solutions, Evan supported custom research teams at Penta Group and KRC Research, where he contributed to the full lifecycle of projects, from study design to analysis and reporting. There, he distilled data into tailored solutions for Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies and NGO clients alike.
Evan earned his Master of Science in Applied Political Analytics from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Staying active is a priority. You’ll find him at the gym or out biking when the sun is shining. Though he’ll be the first to tell you that rest days deserve just as much enthusiasm.
Capybaras hold a special place in his heart, so naturally, his visit to a Tokyo capybara café remains a highlight of his travels.
