CLEARING THE RUNWAY FOR A NEW COALITION.
A group of diverse industry leaders from aviation, energy and agriculture chose ROKK Solutions to elevate and amplify the national conversation around clean aviation fuels. ROKK successfully built Americans for Clean Aviation Fuels (ACAF), a coalition consisting of members such as Delta Air Lines, Airbus, ExxonMobil, Growth Energy, Rolls-Royce North America, bp, POET and the Iowa Soybean Association.

We built a surround-sound public affairs campaign to generate action in states across the country to influence Beltway decision makers. Using our expertise in message development, media relations, thought leadership and digital advertising, we successfully raised awareness of the economic benefits of clean aviation fuels for America’s heartland–laying the groundwork for policy success in Washington.

IMPACT: ACAF SOARS ABOVE TURBULENT POLICY LANDSCAPE
Through a nearly two year campaign, ROKK’s coalition building and communications strategy made a strong advocacy case for clean aviation fuels. Facing stiff legislative headwinds in a highly adversarial policy landscape, ACAF positioned clean aviation fuels as essential to an America First energy agenda.
The campaign sparked millions of impressions, digital and on-the-ground reach in the Beltway and earned media placements in target states. While other clean energy provisions were gutted in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, the final version of the legislation included provisions to provide longer-term certainty for the clean aviation fuels market, notching a win for ACAF in a very challenging legislative environment.
