Director of Marketing Washington, D.C.

We are currently seeking a strategic and creative Director of Marketing to lead external marketing efforts and support business development initiatives. In this experienced role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the firm’s marketing strategy, managing cross-channel campaigns and overseeing the team to achieve exceptional results.

As the Director of Marketing, you will:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with firm objectives.
• Manage and create content for ROKK’s external communications, including social media, email campaigns and website updates.
• Lead the monthly social media calendar and paid media campaigns to showcase ROKK’s capabilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sponsorships, partnerships and event marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and thought leadership materials.
• Oversee junior staff and ensure alignment between marketing and business development objectives.
• Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Manage award submissions and industry recognition opportunities.

If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

• 6–8 years of experience in marketing, with expertise across direct response, digital marketing, social media and website management.
• Strong writing skills for various audiences and platforms.
• HubSpot proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of strategic thinking and creative problem-solving.
